Job Overview
Incresol Software Services is hiring SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultants across different experience levels to support implementation, rollout, and support projects. Candidates should have knowledge of maintenance processes, asset management, and SAP PM configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP PM module configuration and support activities
- Handle maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment management
- Support implementation, testing, and user training activities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications
- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and developments
- Support UAT, documentation, and end-user support
Experience Requirements
Junior (0–1 Year)
- SAP PM trained fresher or up to 1 year experience
- Basic understanding of maintenance processes and SAP PM module
Mid-Level (2–5 Years)
- Hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and support
- Atleast one end to end implemenation work experience is required.
- Experience in maintenance notifications, work orders, and preventive maintenance
Senior / Lead (6+ Years)
- Strong experience in SAP PM implementation, migration and rollout projects.
- Ability to lead functional discussions, solution design, and team guidance.
Skills
- Knowledge of SAP PM module and maintenance lifecycle
- Understanding of integration with MM, FI, or other SAP modules
- Good communication and analytical skills
