Job Overview:
Incresol Software Services is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with strong expertise in implementation, data migration, GST implementation, Product Costing, and COPA. The candidate will lead SAP FICO activities in implementation and support projects and work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and migration projects.
Configure and support FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO modules.
Handle GST implementation, configuration, and compliance requirements.
Work extensively on Product Costing and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
Manage data migration activities during SAP implementations or upgrades.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Coordinate with ABAP team for RICEFW developments.
Lead testing, UAT, and end-user support.
Provide technical and functional guidance to junior consultants.
Requirements:
8+ years of SAP FICO experience
Hands-on experience in SAP implementation and migration projects.
Strong experience in GST implementation in SAP.
Expertise in Product Costing and COPA.
Experience in S/4HANA projects preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
