Job Overview:
Incresol Software Services is looking for a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, work with stakeholders, and support project delivery by translating business needs into functional specifications. This role is for Hyderabad based and fully WFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional documentation.
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution delivery.
Support testing, UAT, and project documentation.
Required Skills :
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
Knowledge of SCM processes.
SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
